1. Wash the potatoes. Leave the skins on.

3. Rub the potato with the olive oil
4. Preheat oven to 400
5. Place the potato on a baking pan and place in oven
6. Bake the potato for one hour
7. A knife or fork should easily go through the potato when done. The temperature of the inside of the potato should be around 190f
